Poem -

Mental health

Moping around and you don't no why
Everyone else is happy so why ain't i
Nobody can see whats happening inside
Time goes by i cry and i cry
All i want is to be like you
Live life to the fullest do as you do

Help is out there but i don't want to go
Each day ive made arrangements but i never show
Anxiety kicks in so i remain at home
Listening to the thoughts in my head but forever feel alone
Take the first step talk and let it out
Help it out there don't be ashamed of your mental health.

Excellent , welcome to Cosmofunnel , what a way to enter
no one should ever be ashamed
Of their well-being, I suffer, we all do, getting help and reaching out is important
We heal when we have the right support, and Love

Many thanks , love and light

I can relate to this poem. Back in 1996, I knew that I needed to get some help. I've been on meds for 22 and a half years. Awesome poem. Keep up  the good work.

Pain

Pain,
Why does it always feel so wrong,
So far from peaceful, never strong.

A Land Beneath...

There's a land beneath, a land unknown,
Reflections of life that shine beyond,
There's a land...

Man's worst enemy

Man's worst enemy

Why, the greatest enemy of man is man
for man has subdued everything else
Fear not the tiger...
