Sleep 6-8 hours, go to bed within an hour of a consistent time.

Sleep in the darkness, literally no lights at all, pitch black. 

Wake up and get 10-20 minutes of direct sunlight to your retinas as the sun rises.

Get 10-20 minutes of sunlight as the sun sets, it’s scientifically proven to help! 

Make sure to get movement, exercise until failure, get that heart pumping your blood.

Allow yourself 2 days of the week to rest, interchange between strength conditioning and cardio.

Eat properly, whatever your diet is avoid processed foods.

If your having a hard time getting all vitamins necessary… try AG1.

Go to bed cold and wake up warm, it’s proven to help!

Do cold plunges, some people do them a couple days a week!

Make a routine and plan for benefiting yourself!

Its amazing what an hour commute can teach you when you invest in a positive podcast and not the same songs!
