Sleep 6-8 hours, go to bed within an hour of a consistent time.
Sleep in the darkness, literally no lights at all, pitch black.Â
Wake up and get 10-20 minutes of direct sunlight to your retinas as the sun rises.

Make sure to get movement, exercise until failure, get that heart pumping your blood.
Allow yourself 2 days of the week to rest, interchange between strength conditioning and cardio.
Eat properly, whatever your diet is avoid processed foods.
