Mid A Child-Born Sky (Old Poem)

I came across a Child-Born sky

Filled with bevies of cotton candy

Bounded by Blue ~ Slurpee Potions

Cooled by frozen sorbet stars at night

Heated by a fiery gumball mid day

Suddenly there appeared a Giant MoonPie

So I “ATE IT” as the rainy sugar drops

~ Followed me all the way home
