the captain

I am the signal
I am the hand

I am the rock base, the one they rely on
I'm the one who they fluster and sigh on
I am the father, the power, the final

Dont treat me with disrespect. 
Dont treat me like a dog.
I've earned my rank, with all this I thought.
you didn't give it to me out of kindness, or pity, or thanks.
I put all my sweat and blood into earning this rank.

I will not let somebody like you 
with a fake sticker on their head tell me what to do,
when all you did was cheat to the top
and watch you're subordinates wallow and rot
