Millstone AKA Sociopathic Love.

Millstone AKA Sociopathic Love.

Stumbling over, bumbling,
Caused by the whiskey and coke,
Brings back to the fore,
The promises I broke.
I can’t stop failing,
falling.
I’m a failure galore.
I’m ok for a while,
Then I look for more.
I’m a toll on you,
I’ve heard you sob.
Now, there’s little left
of you, for me
to rob.
But I sent you away,
Then you came back.
Can’t live without me,
Like a cocaine freak,
An addicts crack.
Your back is bent.
Dark, baggy eyes smile, refuse
to see;
You’d be so much more,
If I wasn’t me.
You deserve so much more,
If I wasn’t me.
