I travelled back in time today
Held your heart within my hand
Commanding it to beat
For i could not understand
How beauty
could pause so often
Love truly never letting go

Oh i willed it fast
I also willed it slow

To ever awaken
In beatings love
Or forever let it go

Only in the minutes past
Upon time travel
Let it show.
