Mexicans Pride

My grandma would take care of me as a kid. She taught me how to be a proud Mexican. She would tell me stories of when she lived in Mexico and how it's different in America. When I was young I asked my grandma "Do you know what our flag colors mean?"

She told me to us the green means hope and white represents purity

The color red is a symbol for the blood of those who died fighting for freedom

Now that I know that I this I will never forget what it means. To me it's important to know as much of Mexico as possible so I never forget where my family came from  so I can be close to them even from the other side of the country.
