You wish you help me with everything ,
Tell me a story , make up a song to sing,
To make the pain go away,
When it seems to just linger and stay,

You wish you could tell me everything will be okay,
When the rain falls like tears 
Some days,
You wish you could help like before ,
But now it’s bigger something more,

I wish it was easy , I wish you had the answers in your head,
But it’s not as simple as a sickness to stay in bed,
I don’t know why it’s so hard,
To find the answers reflection in scars ,

Sometimes I just want a hug,
When I’m alone and feel just ugh,
I wish you could take the pain away,
When all it wants to do is linger and stay,

I know my problems aren’t the same as before ,
And maybe the answers aren’t as simple as an open door,
But I’m gonna always love your help,
When I’m a lost book upon the shelf.
