the beauty in each motion

The smell of you still lingers here
I'm breathless and feeling weak

I'm breathing you in right now
amongst such thoughts
That could be love

love that I feel in innocence
trust in you I've always had

just the thought of rejection
sways an eminence that is sad

if I could go back to that moment
to see if we collide

pulling you deeper into me
changing each wave Inside
This tide

would our lips have aligned
confined inside that gentle embrace

The smell of you is haunting me
it dwells upon my face

There's an aura of you around me
still stuck in that moment
Our bodies encased

another dream of heaven
that can never be erased.

Never to vanish fingerprints
Upon my aching flesh
in which your hands
Have traced

thoughts of such a love
to never be misplaced.
