Momentarily.

Yesterday my heart cried
Momentarily stopping lifes ride

I envisioned my own death
Right there

Within my lounge room
Upon my armchair

What was it that willed it slow
It was almost time to go

if it stops to smell the roses
I'm sure it would let me know

Yesterday my heart cried
Momentarily stopping
Lifes ride

So out of rhythm
I almost died

It was me who
Almost cried.

Dear beautiful flower girl, sweet Cherie and knight from the land down under bazz, I've had a few heart murmur's over the years, nothing shows up on the ecg, it often decides to momentarily turn against me, the other day was the worst I've noticed in my lifetime with this old ticker , deep breathing and calmness luckily kick started the old girl back to an actual rhythm, i did think oh crap, this is it, but here i am, survived another day, happy to be here still, i guess that is just it, you never really know what waits in your new day, or if the present day is your last, there was no warning before it happened, but now my parents are on my case again to visit the doctor lol, so probably should, I've got my babies to think of , love to you all, Nardine xoxo
