The moon and I

The moon and I

Silence is always louder
In the shadows of the moon
When crystal stars are twinkling
And hearts sing a soulful tune

Oh moon you look so lonesome
So pale and paper white
A canvas for lovers to paint on
Like my heart this summer night

Not all alone are lonely
Not all lonely are alone
Moon we have the world to see
For only the lonely are free
