Morning Glory

i wake up in the morning and breath the world right in
from the womb of my dream's i'm born again
a catapiller of the night a butterfly to the day
i jump up and sit for a minute at the edge of the bed
have a good stretch and think it's great to be alive
from outside my window bird's sing they ring
like bell's from heaven
who know's what a day can bring
the world say's without saying a thing
i stand up tall get my trouser's on
put on my coat with a thousand pocket's
over my head and march to the door
like a zombie from the grave rising rising
from my solitary ocean
i break the surface and breath
free once again by the light's loving embrace
i believe now lord in myself i trust
