Poem -
Morning Moments
When the night turns light
and the day becomes bright
and the button holes in my PJ's
are filled with ideas
my coffee makes its self
toast jollying a jig
and the jam waiting patiently
upon the knife’s edge
the butter takes a slip
as the autumn sun, shines in...
ah, what a glorious way
to start my day.
