mostly seen it all

as we walk through life we notice many big and small things...
from tiny ants carrying scraps of leaf,
to 1 single bird and all the beautiful, melodic tones that it sings.
from a tiny compact 2 person sports car,
to stars in the sky that we wish on from a far.
as I said.... many things our eyes do see.
something that passes by without a thought,
to others we look at in books that we're taught.
lights that shine and darkness so bleak,
caskets of wine and sheep that go bleat.
all of these things are what we see,
some we notice and some our eyes flee.
most we keep but some get forgotten,
trying not to keep the ones that make our minds go rotten...
hills and mountains,
lakes and rivers,
our beautiful landscape,
I remember in slithers.. .
boats that sail and boats that row,
to tanks that roll and tractors that sew.
our eyes,
once they've grown old theyll have seen mostly  all,
from plants so small and trees so tall,
to skyscrapers and cranes,
seen mostly all...
