Poem -
Mother Earth

I stare at your waterfall
Water cascading down
No beginning
No end
A constant stream
And then my mind wanders
The sun arises
And I am left to wonder
Who is Mother Earth?
The trees?
Barren and dead
Yet beautiful
The sky?
The clouds?
The wind?
Or is she the current
Rushing and racing
To fill a pond no one will ever see?

An out loud bellowing tribute to mother earth and all of the`attributes that warmly and fittingly resides in her womb,by the poet. Necessities may be to us but to her,all the primary building blocks, that accompanies her in her every day/night existance....
Nice poem,
Jim
Mother Nature is everywhere...in everything. Her presence is in everything, the cascading waterfall her untamed tresses, the high mountains her breasts, the meandering streams her tiny waist............
She is the ultimate creator, most powerful spirit of womanhood, always untamed , always beautifulÂ
always indomitable.................she is beautiful even in her barren trees, in her dry riverbeds,Â
God bless Mother nature...............she is a true womanÂ
Your poem inspired a lot of thoughts...on Mother Earth and mother nature..................
that's is the nature of a really good poem..............keep writing and inspiring
thanks
Hi Lisa, such a grateful poem.
Mother earth, fertile, loving giving, nurturing, selfless, graceful, beautiful, always in pain, always for birth. I kiss her mountains, her fountains, her grounds, her green valleys and all her seeds. I bow to her for she sees to all of our needs. God bless her waters and all of her trees. Lets not forget her birds and her bees. and the soft touch of her autumn breeze, before her winters freeze.Â
Thanks for the inspiration,
Shirey
