Mother earth

the freedom of the leaf falling through the branches,
The croak of the frogs by the creek,

Where the forest breathed,
I found my sanity,

in this machine world made by men,
mother nature will always have the final word,

too often we don't heed the call,
and take our earth for granted,

instead of cutting down trees you should plant a seed,
repair the harm that has been done,

and let our environment heal,
but you keep testing bombs,

and kill habitation with your pollution,
have you no compassion?

Crooked politicians, corporations, and banks.
Trading money for more power.

When the technology they built were built by the smartest minds,
But these smartest minds are leading humanity like a lamb to the slaughter,

I say trust your heart and instincts,
And don't let them shut you up.

For the benefit of mother earth and humanity,
We will find unity and harmony,

Living like god intended us to be.
