Poem -

Mother Love

Raised by single mother who loves me the most
Between me and her, our relationship was so closeΒ
Got the golden lock with the golden keyΒ
Never break the well-known Mom-Son Team

Make every moment count with your mother
Once she’s gone, You probably won’t get another
She cooks for you, clean for you, can you do the same.
Disrespecting the hard-work, ain’t that a dang shameΒ

I might be the baby to her, But it’s alrightΒ
After I Graduate, We’re gonna be chilling and Β living lifeΒ
She taught me everything that I need to knowΒ
She gave me money, but I told her no more

I’m making sure my momma is still goodΒ
I’ll take my momma away from the hoodΒ
I tried to get the beef away from my familiesΒ
But if they keep going, They going to turn into enemies

I don’t know if I’ll ever recover
Spinning in circles like a bag in the wind at the tide pools...
