A Mothers Love

A mother is more than the person who helped bring you into the world.

A mother is the person, who teaches you life lessons,

To respect your elders,

To discipline you when needed,

To teach you no matter what she will always love you.

My mother has taught me to,

Be proud of who I am,

To not only respect others but to respect myself.

She has taught me no matter what nasty things people may say to me,

To be the bigger person and be nice to them.

My mother has taught me to be kind and caring.

She supports me in my decisions as an adult and also gives me guidance when needed.

Not only is my mother those things but she is much more.

She is the best cook in the universe!

She gives the warmest and most loving hugs,

Nothing feels safer than a mum hug.

She has shown me love,

Care and understanding.

And there is nothing better than to grow up and hear your mum say I am proud of you and I love you.
