Behind me
Days past
Do shine
And I am content
With my smooth
Beige soul

To catch a shadow
From parents
One black~
One white~
Carousel,
Ride
--------------------
Things that are past
One flesh
Combined
Come, I'll be the varietal
Growing the chaos
In my mind

Wearing time, shall I
Connect
The beige I am,
Mulatto man
Does honor as
False
Recompense
----------------------
To catch at shadows
My parents love
Has made me shine
This world made the gallows
My parents strength
I'll never die

Hi Tony, This really gives a sense of contentment, knowing who you are and feeling good about the person looking back at you in the mirror. Great piece really gives an in depth look from your own eyes
