MUM AND DAD

MUM AND DAD

So this is how it's going to be from now on
Looking after my parents Christine and John
Mum has untreatable and uncureable cancer at the age of 72
Me, her son, not knowing what to do

Dad is 86 and racked with pain
Once fit and agile now a slow moving train
This is hard for me to digest and take
Saying life goes on is a big mistake

I will promise to the best I can
To this lovely lady and caring man
Life is very precious day by day
For heartbreak like mine is never far away

Hi Kieran...You're fortunate to have both parents live this long...I know how difficult it is to watch them suffer...Do the best you can...cherish every moment you have with them...Wishing you the very best

Warmest regards
