Mumsy

I write this to my dear mumsy.

In my heart you shall always be.

Life you gave to me.

In my eyes the greatest you shall be.

All my life I've had no better friend.

I will always love you till the end.

I cherish you more than you know.

My love I don't always show.

But I am grateful to call you mumsy.

By your side I'll always be.

Even though we sometimes fight.

In the dark you are my sight.

When I'm weak you help me through.

There's nothing for you I won't do.

When I'm sick you nurse me healthy.

I'm blessed even if we aren't wealthy.

Thank you more than words say.

I will love you till mu dying day.

In my time of fear,

You're there to hold me dear.

I thank God for the blessing of you.

I know you'll always love me too.

I love you mumsy, Even though i ain't always the best daughter I should be.
