Music in the water

Could I ever look at the battles lost, engraved my heart as a stone to breathe
What is the absence of loves fierce comply, if he would not believe
For all I gave in silver bows And upkept roses still hold thorns,
in my entire tracing thoughts , such love still weeps and mourns
And I content within a place , That barrier broken down To view, all the lies he had me dream, and knowing what was true
In some lullaby he had me rest, to the limbs of love a climbing vine, and he would shadows loves great voice I heard it every time
Yet in the light of vocal cords Played that music on repeat, In the middle of the ocean currents running deep
Only to move the tides in slower motions, and drench the notes of every sheet , And I could not bare the ending tune, once love was lost, and lone had found defeat.
