My Brilliant Surprise ?

I opened my bedroom curtains and I couldn’t believe my eyes as they focussed on a telegraph pole I got a brilliant surprise

An Ooly Owlet was looking at me turning her head around so spookily
But if there’s one thing that I absolutely adore it is Mother nature’s nocturnal creatures hooting outside my door

So can you imagine how I am feeling today coz this feathered friend will be on that pole until it flies away
I bet I will be peeping behind my curtains most of the night waiting for Mammy Owl on her feedtime flight

Mind you we hear this little soul numerous times a night but little did we know was she was so close to our sight
She just looks like a little teddy bear wibbling and wobbling on the post out there
