Poem -

my Brother

They call you grey but not gray like the dawn

Your eyes are yellow with no resemblance to the sun

When you look at me it seems you look right through

What is it that appears just beyond the surface

Theres things you feel that no one understands

The distance in your eyes reflect the mystery in your soul

Theres something deeper far deeper i hear it in your lonely cries

Your voice is haunting yet speaks to me and our souls dance as one perhaps in some other place some other time it was you , you who were my brother
