My Conundrum

There’s the boy I love

That one there, with a guitar in his hands

Singing riddles about his broken heart,

He imagines, we couldn’t understand

That boy who sings pretends to not know love

He’ll even write a song that it can’t exist

He’s the boy who healed my soul and is

The only one I do not resist
