My Drum Beats A Little Differently Than Yours

I might be a little crazy,
But your insane.
If i'm marching to my own tune,
How can I dance to your beat?

I'm taken out of rhythm,
A symphony playing,
On the strings of my heart.
Watching you gracefully keep it together,
Clumsily I fall apart.

Conducting this music,
Deep down I feel the stricken chord,
The chorus voices singing,
In repetition oh my Lord.

Though my drum unchanged,
Beats different,
My shown appreciation to yours,
Keeps tunes upbeat for,
Music to be explored.
