~ MY EARTHLY TOPCOAT ~
{Translucency}
Awaken
The third eye
Man's vestigial light organ
And the universe
Will whisper her secrets...
Life does the bravest test
For there is true bravery
In growing older
And a power in the magic
Of generations passing
Seemingly
In the blink of God's eye,
The privilege
Is in being alive itself
And recognizing
The horizon's point of view
Looped
In translucent circles
Connecting
The me and you
Of all existence
To the inert
As well as the volcanic
Where
The soul moves steadily forward
Creating worlds anew
With DNA
( Human to Alien )
And leaves
Other worlds behind
No dates nor persons
No rituals or special standing
The spirit
Recognizing the brilliance
Of and in
The light that exists
Between
All forms of life...
Oh, sweet spirit
Awaken,
For the universe is calling,
In its most enigmatic voice,
And so I remove
My Earthly Topcoat,
And Place it
(ever-so-gently)
Across its body,
Of ever-evolving,
Stars...

that they are so great I only wish
could write like this and every time
I have poem in mind the same words
came to mind and to change it is hard
maybe I need to take more time like
you do and some one like Jill who
can write 5 poems in one day blows my mind
and her poems great every time I been here
4 year I am trying very hard to lean from
every one
You're right GREG!!!.... It's a VERY good idea to learn what you can from each writer you're able to converse with.....I find that I learn a LOT more when I'm able to talk with them personally.......
