Sometimes I just want to tell you that I miss you

No, not kiss you

But to hear your voice & draw back to the time you loved me

Not the time you shoved me

I want to let you know that you're still in my heart

Even if it is the broken part

Let you know that what we had wasn't all bad

Sometimes it was nothing but really. fucking. rad. 

And that you're still the best friend I ever called my own 

I still hope our paths will align when we're grown

These however are all empty dreams inside of me

Wishes I will not allow to become a reality

Because I know it is okay to miss you

But the you I'm missing won't be the one I speak to

Things change and I hope you're doing better
