My eyeballs rotated

One night

As I entered in my room

A gush of air

Drummed on my eardrums.

It was all dark

My eyeballs rotated in an arc

To search the switch of the light

And I was struggling to fight

out the fear of the ghost

from my mind.

An image formed on the wall

Like a skeletonĀ 

And I shivered

Like a dead leaf

Stretching my eye-lenses

I quickly switched on the light

And Thank God!

It was my clothes put around a rod.
