My Foot Fetish

My Foot Fetish

As you laid by me on Mommy’s and my bed, there was something I loved to do;

I definitely had a “foot fetish” , and it was all because of you!

I’d lift up each of your little paws, and hold it to my nose;

And smell their sweet aromas, more beautiful than those of a rose!

For they had the smell of earth on them, each one mixed with that of grass;

And I needed my “paw fix” every night, not one would I ever pass!

They were the essence of my precious you, the mate of my loving soul;

These little nuances like this we shared, made our lives so very whole!

In eleven days it will be two years, since you had to leave my side;

So long since I’ve smelled your lovely paws, so long since I have not cried!

For although I’ve talked about your feet, my favorite fetish was your pure love;

My Angel Nico, that was sent down to me, from the Heavens up above!

Hi Sweet Rose,

Yes, one never realizes how quickly time passes until one day they wake up, and find that it has taken the core of their soul.  Thank your beautiful words.

My Dear Friend, Jason,

How beautifully appropriate!   That's why I use "stars" for the poetry you write, because they represent you so well.

Peace and Love,

So Larry...

You're saying that I'm a giant ball of burning gas?!?
I mean...you're not wrong...it's just tough to hear, you know!?! ?

So Jason,

The toughest thing to hear is when that gas explodes! (it's tough to smell too).

Dear Larry,

A one-line haiku? That's not quite like you; and yet...olfactory truth too!!

My Dear Friend Jason,

Rather a one line attempt at comedy.  I guess it stunk!
