My Hollywood Boulevard Dared To Dream Of A World Free From The Enigma Of Social Constraints

Subtelty oh subtlety

How loud and abrasive you are.

Why do you pretend my feelings are what you wish to protect, when we both know you are protecting yourself from seeing your own inner asshole, and attempting to pass it off as being nice?

Subtlety, dear subtlety

Don't you know that for one who hears subtlety the art itself is quite offensive?

For, what purpose do you hide your nature and refuse to see your ugly parts?

Does one not realize that by doing so, your consequentially making an enemy of the ugly parts of others?

Dear dear subtlety

Do not all people have quite ugly parts?  If true, could not we simply audaciously state truths plainly free of shame and in doing so warrant others the right to feel shameless?

Subtle anger isn't subtle to a keen adept and passive aggressive isn't passive if it passes through the aggressor.
