MY INNER PEACE

Beyond reproach

MY INNER PEACE

NOTHING COMES CLOSE
TO MY INNER PEACE,
ITS AS DISTANT AS THE SUN
TOWERING OVER THE CHAOS
AND TURMOILS THAT THIS WORLD
HAS TO OFFER.

ITS MY SANCTUARY AND REFUGE
WHERE THE CROWDS NOISES ARE SILENCED,
AND MY WAVES OF THOUGHTS
ARE CONTINUOUSLY CALM.

ALL OF MY PROBLEMS AND FEARS
ARE EXHALED,
INTO ATMOSPHERE OF FORGETFULNESS.

THERE,
I CAN HEAR THE VOICE OF MY GOD,
FEEL HIS HOLY PRESENCE,
AND SEE MYSELF IN THE LIGHT
OF HIS LOVE.

NOTHING COMES CLOSE,
TO MY INNER PEACE..
AND NOTHING EVER WILL.

WILFORD BARKER.
