Poem -

My inner phoenix .

Rising out of the ashes
My inner phoenix
Provoked
Suffering through the fire's
Burning
My spirit almost choked
Drew strength from my inner soul
To take on the surrounding
Turmoil
Using my feathers upon the wind
Spreading my burning wings
Up up into the sky
Escaping the vindication's
Of this simple childish guy
No right you have to keep me down
Turn someone's smile to a frown
Laughing in the background
Like a crazy circus clown
Its me flying above you
I'm no longer looking down
It's you who can stay there
Your feet upon the ground.
