My journey

Im sitting snuggly in my car , 
waiting to go somewhere far ,
The traffic lights are on the turn,
Amber Red ,Green im ready to burn,
Lorries Vans and Motor bikes
are whizzing past me like for like.
The signs im passing ,go left go right
are being noticed in my sight .
An accident im nearing looks very bad ,
The Ambulance, Police and Paramedics 
are already feeling glad
Doing their utmost trying to work and save 
the lives of many and not going to their graves ,
So on i go and safely arrive ,
Wondering what happened to all those lives ,
Im safe and grateful and im in one piece ,
My journey saved by our wonderful police ,
