MY LAST SONG

MY LAST SONG

From the mountain tops
I will sing
If only in spirit, to faith I'll cling

With fainting breath
As death creeps in
To thee my last song of faith
I will sing

Though my lips may never part
On my bed of afflictions
He'll see my heart

And every unspoken word
He will hear
For even in my torment and agony
I'll sing my last song
Of faith.

Wilford Barker.
