My latest ditty ?

My inside thoughts
are out of my mind
I jotted them down 
on paper lined

Using blotted, blank paper
With feathered quill
I sat down at my bureau
I started my spill

My chosen topic 
was nothing too stern
Not sure how it would go
Yet no point of return

Midway through
So halfway completed
I needed an ending
Yet wasn’t defeated

Fishing throughout
My fictional stuff
My mind in a boggle
Was it funny enough?

Well luckily for me
The finale was finished
I chuckled with glee
As my story deminished

So my head was now empty
From jargon & rhyme
Whilst amusing myself
I’d frittered away time

Yet another creation
Humerous & witty
I’d unloaded my noggin’
With my latest ditty
