My library of eyes...

My library of eyes...

As I look down the spines, they speak but I don't cry
As one book falls, another gets put in but I don't try
These stories are mine
These stories are mine
Some are my truths
Some are their lies
Depending on my mood, I pick a one to read
Searching through my mind, I set myself free
These are the words of my life
I'm the only one who writes
These eyes I feel, judge
When I fail, I turn the page
These stories are mine
These stories are mine
This is my escape, I protect what you give and when the light shines your smiles begin to fade
My walls are built but I won't quit, when I walk my day I will say this...
May your eyes judge
But it's my library
I walk my insecurity
But it's my sanity
My library of eyes
I live a life that's mine
I live my library of eyes
I live my library of eyes...
