Poem -

My light shall not diminish

In what corner lies the devil,  to entice another round, knocked down and battered, but still I'm holding ground , my Light shall not diminish,  whilst the presence is God's holy grace, where I am bound to the light , I know the darkness  has no place, I must stay strong and let my soul revise What it is I know as truth, and fight those demons that retrace my mistakes, that happened  in my youth, for any battle we have fought it was he and I alone, for I know the presence of God And his mighty throne,  I Shall not disarm my heart for time in accordance beneath that limb, but forge what light I can encode for the love and life of him, and in my own acadeence value more that light of an inner soul where faced, for any wonder in this work a poet always finds her place.
