My little Chickadee 💕

My little Chickadee 💕

As fresh as a Daisy growing in the marvellous months of Spring

She is such a pretty, petite little thing

With the sound of a Nightingale when one listens to her sing

On a beautiful, blue sunny afternoon when she is playing on her garden swing

Pushing her legs forwards and pulling them back

She can swing so high, she has mastered the knack

Sat holding on to the silver chains in her bright red anorak

Then when she has had enough, she flings herself off like a little jumping Jack

Oh my little Chickadee you bring me so much joy

Ringing the bell on your big brother’s blue bicycle, that is your favourite toy

You look so cute in those bonny, blush pink dungarees made of chenille corduroy

Although not that you would be bothered, but you are a stereotypical Tomboy…
