My majestic little man 🦉
That lady is not me I took this picture 🤣
This lovely little lad is my absolute dreamy delight
As I watch him gliding over the meadows magically amidst that beautiful bright moonlight
Such a sheer shadowy spectral of a supernatural sight
When his wonderful wide white wings waft across the wilderness floating in flight..

The Barn Owl monitoring programme people came to our farm yesterday
And we went to look into one of our three Owl boxes just down our way
Well I was ecstatically excited I really have to say
It’s not everyday that you can actually stroke an Owl with it’s mystical array..
~
The handler held a huge net at the hole entrance
And boy when my majestic little man leapt out my heart skipped a little dance
This young Barn Owl was utterly stunning on my immediate initial glance
Awww what a marvellous moment for my memories and such a happy happenstance..
