My Melinda

My Melinda

4 little paws I used to hold
One little girl who finally grew old everyone dies or so I've been told but it still feels so very cold I knew it was coming but it's still hard to believe how ohh how could this happen to me they say crap happens well your tellin me they speak the truth I absolutely agree I went to bed happy as can be woke up this morning to it can't possibly be

No more kisses or hugs no more gifts of your love I woke up this morning to the news you've gone above I don't know how I'll ever be ok everything's numb and all out of place I no longer will see your face my Melinda my Melinda I miss you so I'll be with you someday wherever you go
