Poem -

My Mother

  • My  mother loved to bake and cook
  • She did all this without reading a book
  • She would take me to a large fish market
  • It did not look like Target
  • She bought a carp fish I called Jer
  • ry
  • The next day she bought a pike fish I called Terry
  • Mother taught me how to behave
  • That was  before I started to shave
  • She came to the school to see how I did
  • When I saw her I hid
  • Coming to school got me mad
  • I turned away from her and got closer to Dad
  • I realize now year after it was for the best
  • I am now living In San Diego and having a good rest
