And I wonder are either of you watching down on me now with a teardrop in your eye?

But the very thought of you being blue makes me want to break down and cry

Oh how I wish each and everyday that you were still here.. why does our loved ones have to leave us and die?

I wonder where you are in amongst all of those terrestrial twinkling stars?

How on earth do you not fall down to earth..are there handles and bars?

Have you visited any of the planets up there?..perhaps Saturn, Jupiter or Mars

And does your Angel wings light up the darkest nights..like little headlamps on motorcars..

Oh but dear Mother and Father I do miss you both so much

Though they do say that time is a great healer.. but this hasn’t happened to me yet as such

So as I look up to the highest heavens I say my prayers for you both.. I guess this is my little comforting crutch
