My Ness

My Ness

What are the gears that run smoothly?
Patiently oiled, so as not to grind
making the hands of time within, tick
Molding us to our own liking, Balancing mind.

Enjoying the passions
Digging into pleasure
In aging character fashions
Enduring life's offering, resiliency measures.

I... have stood same, outlasting the whip
Me.... personally grew more than less,
With mostly love music and words as a coded chip
Rolled into a mold warmed from the cold,
My ness.
