My new year

I guess maybe 
It's time this was my resolution

I guess maybe
It's time to let go

I guess maybe
With this new year, a new life to start

I guess maybe
A new  year can bring to me

I guess.....
this new year I can stop crying
over a man that can't come home

This new year will bring
A new life that will help me mend
But still I won't forget

That last years resolution
Was to never forget your voice
I guess I failed

And the year before was
To never forget your smile
I failed that too

So this year's resolution
Is to move on.
Which 22 days into the year
I'm already crying over
A man
that can never
come home
