Poem -

My One Big Cousin

With steep incline behind my back.
And dark unknown beyond my gaze.
Upon this road I stand today,
and from its path I dare not stray.

For just beyond the nearest bend,
a gentle light unveils the way.
And though I run to find its end,
Ahead of me it seems to stay.

Yet reaching back as if to say,
"Come be with me and take my hand."
This speed of light at sixty days
sheds years of wisdom it has spanned.

Though lag I must in years ahead,
on path I long to stay,
My guiding light always in sight...

My cousin leads the way.
