My Panic Syndrome :(

There are Oh so many mysteries that I just don’t understand like radicalisation & racism with domination & command.... In our wonderful world with wisdom why an Earth is there so much hate ? Even Politicians can not be civilised when holding a debate!

As I sit within my cozy chair from the comfort of my own home.... whilst watching the national news I go into a panic syndrome.... violence & negativity made publicily aware, with enviromental issues & too much pollution in our air!

In a state of saddened shock switching the t.v.  off for the night.... my meddlesome mind is left in utter confusion hoping everything is alright! Alas I go to bed.... I pray to get some sleep.... tho after my t.v. awakening & awareness I fear my anxiety is too deep:(
