My rollercoaster ride 🎢

Everything sped so much faster since the day I became a bride

Those Ups and downs with loop the loops on a racing rollercoaster ride

Making momentous memories along the way as I have traversed far and wide..

Oh but if I could only stop that speeding of my chronological clock

Holding fast with all my strength those hands that goes tick tock

Indeed timelessness is an evermore eternity of which we cannot padlock

But my bygone years has left me mystified feeling an utter aftershock..

So nowadays as I look back through those old photographs from my longevity of life

I have made over four marvellous decades of tokened treasuries since the day I became a wife

And I can count my many blessings coz I have seen very little strife

All of which I learned my lesson well from life’s long experiences, to simply cut through those trials and tribulations with a knife..
