Poem -

MY SOUL

MY SOUL

My greatest fear is to lose my soul,

to open the door of my heart to evil

and let darkness dwell therein.

This world can never forfeit my soul,

I run to the light that distinguishes

all darkness, breaks the chains of sin,

sets the captives free and

heals the broken hearted.

The light is greater and more

powerful to restore the darkest soul

giving liberation and freedom from bondage.

I am sick and tired of being

a slave of unrighteousness, an instrument

of wickedness and a prisoner who

invites jealousy, anger, nv, pride, malice,

gosipping, slander, bitterness, sexual

immorality, lust, adultery, discord and dissension

to rule my soul.

Let the light have dominion to expose all

my evil deeds, I desire light to win

to make me a soldier of God, an ambassador

of faith and a vessel of righteousness.
