Poem -

My teardrops

My teardrops

The teardrops run down
And fall on my nose and cheeks
I cry in dark cornersΒ
Where nobody goes
You can follow the tracks
From my eyes to my cheeks
Years upon years letting them win
My eyes can now tell you a story
Of anger and pain
You think I am happy
But look again
The scars of my past
Hidden under my clothes
Roadmaps to places
That no one knows
My smile is drawn
I am the master of my disguise
And you can see it all
If you look a little closer
